MY STORY

After experiencing first hand how even small changes can make organisations much more inclusive for both employees and customers, I decided to focus my career on making this possible. Although change can be challenging, I enjoy getting everyone on board to make their organisation more inclusive and diverse. I firmly believe that inclusive organisations are not only a moral and legal good, but also bring great value to your business.

I have worked with and consulted for Brewin Dolphin, Quorn, the London School of Economics (LSE), University of the Arts London (UAL), the East London Distillery Company, and Pride in London. I have also spoken at events for Kin+Carta and My G Work.
